Acknowledgement of Orders
All orders must be submitted in writing, either by fax or email.
All orders are acknowledged via fax or e-mail. Review your acknowledgment carefully and communicate discrepancies immediately. Unless we are notified immediately, we will not be responsible for errors.
Please provide the following to ensure your order goes through smoothly and efficiently:
ASI#, PPAI#, Customer ID, or Contact Name
P.O. number and/or previous P.O. number for repeat orders
Correct item number and color
Quantity and price
Art location and size desired
Color/ PMS #
Bill to/ Ship to address
Approve paper proof and invoice acknowledgment as soon as possible.
Artwork Requirement - artwork must be 100% vector art
Adobe Illustrator (saved as .eps or .ai files) Vector format with all text converted to outlines.
Modification/Changes to Artwork
Artwork requiring modification will be billed at $25.00 (v) per half-hour.
Imprinted Items: 7 – 10 days after approval of paper proof or spec sample.
Un-imprinted Items: 24-48 hours from receipt of purchase order. If the order is received by 2:30PM (PST), can ship same day if requested.
Posh Xessories recognizes that there are times when you need your order fast. That’s why we offer 1-Day, 2-Day, and 3-Day rush service. Availability is based on production capacity. All other standard charges and terms apply. Please see RUSH Pricing listed with our decoration charges.
Production begins the day after order is approved and full payment is successfully received. Customer's accounting must be in good standing. RUSH orders are subject to inventory availability.
Products without an imprint will be billed at EQP price. Orders must be submitted in writing and if received by 2:00 pm (PST) can ship same day if requested. No minimum quantities required unless stated on the product page (EX: case quantity, etc)
Less Than Minimum Charge
All imprinted orders require minimum quantities as listed throughout the catalog. Less than minimum orders will be accepted at a charge of $75.00 (v). EQP will not apply; first column pricing will be used. The absolute minimum on any style is half the regular minimum unless otherwise specified. Upon request, we will insert provided items at a charge of $1.00(v) per item inserted. Please contact us for a quote on unusual items, and insertion fee may vary pending on size, location and shape of items that need to be inserted.
Orders are considered firm and cannot be canceled without written authorization from factory. If an order is in production, the cost will be billed on the basis of work completed. An increase in order quantity will be treated as a separate order unless notice is received prior to producing the initial quantity. All order changes must be in writing. Note: Changes may delay shipments and charges may apply.
Over or Under Runs
We do our best to ship exact quantities. However, we reserve the right to ship and bill to an allowable over or under shipment up to 5%. Orders specifying exact quantities are not available.
To keep our printing materials and equipment efficient as possible, we only keep dies, casted screens, laser files, and full color files for one year. After one year of no use these materials are recycled to make room for new orders. A repeat setup fee only applies to orders that are ordered within one year from the date of the previous order. Any changes in logo, logo size, or position of logo on item will require a new setup fee to be applied.
Quality of Ceramics:
Due to the inherent properties of ceramic ware produced by foreign manufacturers, there may be imperfections or irregularities which should not be perceived as defective. Variations in materials, firing temperatures, and color pigments may result in variations in glaze, overall appearance, and imprint colors. These variations must be considered acceptable.
All samples are subject to stock availability. Samples are randomly imprinted and blank samples (no imprint) may be substituted if an imprinted sample is not available.
Sample orders received by 2PM Pacific Standard Time typically are shipped the same day (unless an issue with stock or credit issues on account). Orders received after 2PM (PST) will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Posh Xessories will provide up to $10 net worth of samples at no charge with your shipper number. All samples are offered at EQP net pricing. Limit three quantities of the same item per customer. Samples can be returned for credit only to be used for future orders.
To order a sample, please provide the following information:
Shipper account (If no shipper number is provided,you will be invoiced for your samples and shipping up to and exceeding our sample policy (including shipping costs). All sample requests shipping outside of the U.S. must have a shipper number and customer is responsible for all (if any) duties and taxes.)

Unless otherwise specified, all orders will ship via best method based on the number of cartons, weight, destination, and other information available at the time of shipment. Please specify the in-hands date if there is a special event. We reserve the right to not be held liable for delays in transit.
For freight shipments only - please inform us of any special services requested. (EX: inside delivery, dock services, etc.) The palletization fee is $20.00 net/pallet.
For shipping to international locations:
1. Posh Xessories will determine shipping costs through its preferred carrier and bill customer freight. The customer or receiver of the package will be responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and/or broker fees.
2. If a customer wishes to use a 3rd party account, they will need to provide labels and/or proper documentation for Posh Xessories to use. Customers will be responsible for customs clearance and ultimate delivery of the shipment, as well as for duties, taxes, and broker fees.
Drop and Split Shipments
$10.00(v) for each split shipment after the first location. On orders requiring shipment on different dates, the entire order will be billed at the time of the first shipment. All products must be shipped within six months of the initial shipment.
Individual Product Shipments
Shipments that are shipped individually will have a $4.00(v) fee for each product applied, along with freight for each shipment. For larger quantities of 500 units, please contact us for special pricing.
3rd Party Shipments
$22.50(v) if you provide us with an account number for shipping. We may require call tags to be issued in a timely manner to ensure ship date.
3rd party freight shipments are subject to a pallet fee of $20/pallet along with standard shipping and handling fees.

Due to shipping regulations, Dangerous Goods are certain products that, when transported via aircraft, may pose a danger to people, animals, the environment or the freight carrier. Promotional products that will not ship via air include (but are not limited to) the following:
Items containing lithium-ion batteries (examples include portable chargers, wireless speakers, wireless headphones, etc.)
If you order any of these products via our website, they will only ship via ground and only to the 48 contiguous United States.
Title passes from the factory upon consignment of merchandise to a carrier. Although Posh Xessories™ can assist you, freight claims should be filed with the carrier within 10 days. Factory cannot be held responsible for freight delays in transit.
Incorrect addresses fees charged by respective carriers will be billed at $18.00 net/package + $20 Administrative fee.
New accounts will only accept cash, check, ACH, wire transfer, and/or VISA/MasterCard/AMEX card payments.
Due to increasing operating costs and in order to keep our product and printing prices competitive, a 3% credit card (CC) convenience fee will be charged for all credit card payments. This convenience fee can be avoided if payment by ACH, wire transfer, Check, or Zelle. Please contact the Posh team for more information regarding these forms of payment.
Upon providing a Purchase order and vector artwork, Posh Xessories will provide an order confirmation. Paying your invoice means you have read the order confirmation agreement and agree to all charges, terms, and conditions of Posh Xessories. By paying your invoice, you agree that charges cannot be changed after you have paid your order confirmation and your order has shipped. If you feel your charges are incorrect, please contact us before you pay.
Past due accounts will be charged at 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance.
Posh Xessories Inc. is committed to providing the best quality promotional items and promotional products on our website. However, due to the customized nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns on orders that were produced according to your approval, unless authorized by Posh Xessories Inc. due to product defects.
Please check your order for defects immediately upon arrival, as there are absolutely no returns after 15 days from receipt of order. If you have any problems with your order, please contact our customer service team within 15 days from receipt of the order at email@example.com. Please keep all merchandise and original packaging until the claim submitted is complete and further instructions are given by the factory. If necessary, we will issue a return authorization and provide a specific shipping address. All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging.
In the event that you receive misprinted or incorrect merchandise, please contact our customer service department for assistance within 5 business days of receipt of the merchandise. Claims made after this time will not be reviewed. Before Posh Xessories, Inc. can begin to process a claim, a sampling of the goods (quantity will be determined at Posh Xessories, Inc.’s discretion) must be provided for us to review. We will supply a pre-paid shipping label and RMA if necessary within 48 hours of receiving a claim. Claim review and processing may take up to 14 business days to complete from the date of receipt of the goods in question. Any credits, returns, or refunds will be processed within 7 business days after a claim review completion, unless otherwise noted. In the case of a customer error or unauthorized return (including rejected shipments), the customer is fully responsible for the return freight back to Posh Xessories, Inc. unless otherwise noted.
Returns on undamaged blank items require a 20% restocking fee in addition to the necessary freight costs to return the product back to the factory and must be communicated to Posh Xessories, Inc. within 5 business days of receipt of the blank merchandise. Not all blank products are returnable. Incomplete, partial, and/or unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Any and all custom, properly decorated products returned in violation of this policy will be rejected or discarded at Posh Xessories, Inc.’s discretion.

All products are carefully designed and crafted using the finest materials and covered by a limited 2-year warranty which guarantees the product against defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover damage due to accidents, normal wear and tear, or abuse. With care and normal use, our products will provide the recipient with years of satisfaction. Any item found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at factory’s discretion. In our ever-continuing effort to improve our products, we reserve the right to change specifications and prices without notice.
Due to variances of materials and other circumstances beyond our control, Posh Xessories, Inc. cannot guarantee continuity of shade, color, size, texture, or construction of finished goods from lot to lot. Due to manufacture tolerances, all dimensions have acceptable variations that are dependent on the product. Posh Xessories, Inc. is not liable for delays due to acts of God, material shortages, shipping, or customs interventions.
Posh Xessories, Inc. assumes that artwork submitted for reproduction in producing an order was submitted in full compliance with the laws governing copyright, trademarks, etc. Purchasers, by placing these orders, agree not to hold Posh Xessories, Inc. responsible for any damages, costs, and/ or expenses arising under these laws as a consequence of our use of said artwork.
Logos and other imprints shown in this catalog are for illustrative purposes only. They do not imply endorsement, nor are any items with these specific logos for sale to anyone other than the parties expressly authorized by the owner of such designs. By submitting an order and artwork to Posh Xessories™, the customer represents that the use or display of artwork will not violate any applicable laws or client restrictions, and hereby agrees to defend and hold Posh Xessories™ harmless from all claims.
